  • At this time, I do not accept insurance. I accept Zelle, HSA cards, debit cards, credit cards, checks, and ACH bank transfers as payment for services.

Upon request, I am also happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Some if not all lab work may be covered by your insurance carrier as well.

  • New patient evaluations may last up to 2 hours in length with cost depending on services desired and length of appointment. 120-minute initial appointments are $450, and 90-minute initial appointments are $350.

  • My office is located in The Lotus Center at 210 25th Ave N, Suite #1200, Nashville, TN 37203. Psychotherapy and educational appointments may also take place from my home office.

  • My office hours are 9:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday. However, I try to be flexible to meet your needs and schedule appointments outside of office hours on a case by case basis.

All new requests from prospective patients as well as follow-up communication with established patients will be addressed during my office hours.

  • I know that things come up, and that’s okay. I require at least 24 hours notice prior to cancellation so that I may schedule other patients who would like to see me. Cancellation less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at 50% of the rate of your appointment.

  • I routinely treat chronic and transient pain, complex and single-event PTSD, grief, generalized and social anxieties, depression, ADHD, performance anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, OCD, panic, bipolar disorder, and acute stress reactions.

I also address the emotional, nutritional, and environmental roots of digestive and autoimmune illnesses and have extensive experience treating patients with impulse control disorders, psychosis, developmental disorders, and the psychiatric aftereffects of traumatic brain injury.

  • I start from the perspective that overt physical and psychiatric symptoms are often indicative of deeper system-wide dysfunction, having their roots in a combination of mind-body imbalances. I’ll help you untangle the multifactorial web of causes of your symptoms so that you can feel empowered in your healing process and achieve lasting relief.

I find that taking the time to listen and to educate my patients has a profound effect on enriching their understanding of their own experiences, thus providing a clear way forward toward healing.

  • I will send you a thorough intake questionnaire prior to your first appointment so that I can begin assessing your treatment needs. My top priority at your first appointment is getting to know you better as a whole person, asking clarifying questions about your history and present concerns, and establishing what you hope to gain from our work together.

While each person’s needs vary, initial appointments typically include a nutrition and gut health assessment, ordering lab work if indicated, botanical and nutraceutical selection and dosing if desired, discussing pharmaceutical options if indicated, and an introduction to Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) as my primary modality for resolving “stuck” emotional stress in the body.

  • I am happy to discuss your present concerns and treatment goals briefly over the phone prior to scheduling your initial appointment so that you may better understand how I may be of benefit to you.
